*clean theaters

Job Function:
Fast paced delivery food and drinks to customers.
Preparation of salads, apps and presentation of entrees.
Related cleaning and food prep.
Ticket sales on a rotating basis.

Fast paced environment. Duties include prep work, food preperation, and daily cleaning duties. Most shifts are night shifts ranging from4- midnight. Prep shifts do exist but will be staffed with more experienced prep cooks

Qualifactions MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER

6 months- 1 year experience desired
Strong work ethic
Basic knowledge of sanitary policies
Superior physical coordination and organizational skills Reliable transportation a must.

The following tasks will be required:
* lifting cases
*serving wine/coffee drinks/soda to wait staff and customers
*daily cleaning of bar
*monitoring of inventory
*cash register use
*preparation of drinks and deserts
*tapping and pouring of draught beer
*cleaning of theater
*checking customers I.D.
